In town visiting family, never had Dutch brothers before.. heard that they were delicious and that your first time is free... What a LIE!! Ordered a frozen coffee and they didn’t even blend it. It was literally pieces of ice.. it was watered down tasting and just down right HORRIBLE.. I dumped it down the drain after one swig.. Oh and free??? That’s weird, because not only was I charged, but they’re pushy for a damn tip and couldn’t even get my order right. Idk if they all practice the same things, but I definitely do not recommend this location at least!

Is there anything about Dutch Bros that people don't like? I can't think of any. I always asking them to surprise me and it always comes out great.
