Ever visit to Oregon First at their Hillsboro location not only am I pleasantly greeted and experience a feeling by the staff behind the counter like I am their most important customer of the day as if that was as good as it could get, I also am greeted with a huge smile from Jason the manager if his office is open. Jason is my go to person for all my business transactions makes me feel so comfortable and always is sure to make every experience the best it could be. At the Forest Grove location it is just the same and Sheri is just as nice and professional as Jason. A 5 Star Experience every visit.

My family in law has been using this bank for 25 years as their business account and will now be going to On Point thanks to me. One, First Community deposited my check into another random persons account at the bank of $2500. Not really happy and honestly don’t really know how you do that when I have you my card and License. Two, if you loose your card or if it gets stolen you are SOL quite literally. It’s 3 weeks maybe for them to send you a card. My wife waited 1 month for her replacement card. Once you get your card you cannot use it due to no pin. On a separate piece of mail they send you your PIN number and that’s another 3-6 days. The fact you can’t just walk in and ask for a replacement like every other bank is beyond me. So I signed my whole family up for On Point while we wait on our replacement cards. Honestly we may never go back to First Community. I cannot wait 3 weeks for a replacement card when I have kids.

Love, Love LOVE this bank. First off, I've had multiple bank accounts and made A lot of transactions throughout my military career. This bank has given me the best rates, Hands down! I get that friendly neighborhood vibe from the moment I walk in. I've been helped by Natcha from Hillsboro Branch and Caitlyn, Lara and Chrystal from Forest Grove and they have all provided me with excellent customer service each time. I've refinanced all my vehicles and my parents have a Mortgage with them as well. Definitely recommend! Oh and I almost forgot to mention that they are also a CO-OP bank which means their ATM links to almost all my other bank accounts which is a one stop shop for immediate withdrawals AND CASH DEPOSITS!

We processed our car loan here and received amazing service. Veronica was organized, attentive and so helpful. She clearly explained all of our options and answered our many questions. She went out of her way to help us with multiple used vehicles that we were considering and helped us to finance the one that we really wanted. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and they have popcorn!

I appreciated working with Veronica Dunn. I have a few student loans that appear to mess up my debt to income ratio even though everything else lines up well. I had looked at other credit unions but Veronica went above and beyond to really look past the misleading information. I was able to provide accurate information and she did the rest.
