Highlands Wrecker Service

I would leave zero Stars if I could very rude mean uncaring. They could release my car to me with the paperwork I had but because I hurt when a gentleman's feelings he would not release my car. The officer even told him to release the car. With my ID. But because i was from Texas he wanted all this unnecessary paperwork. I love almost 3 hours away. He did not care that everything I owned was in my car. My ID my credit cards my purse and my phone. I had nothing . I even offered to pay his fee. But because i corrected him and made him mad because of his own mistake he would not release my car. I hope his family is never put in a situation like this and if they are I hope someone would help them get home. Unlike the people that wouldn't help me. ......Horrible place .......... Go else where if you can ....

Arrived quickly, and offered assistance in pin pointing my location. Not pet friendly. 12lb dog had to stay in the towed car.

Worst experience ever! Had my car get towed after being pulled over, I was there within 30 minutes to get it out of impound and no one was there with the authority to release my car. They kept my car for 2 days longer then they were supposed to. They charged me $50 more all because they refused to release it. I had to call the sheriff s office to have them call highlands to release my car. Oh and if you ask to see their policies good luck they don't have a copy all the policies are in the owners head. I'll never recommended Highlands Wreaker Service to anyone!

Im not a leave a review person really but this needed to be said. Highlands Wrecker Service is awesome! Very kind professional passionate people! The price was very affordable. The staff was incredible! I would highly recommend their services.

I had a tow quote in 30 seconds and the wrecker was on site in 45 minutes. Super fast and professional service. The cost was reasonable. I am Safety Director at Unlimited Freight Inc and I do recommend this towing company.
