If there was a 0 I’d put it, we ordered yesterday evening @7:34p said it be ready in 26 min so we head to town when we get to the drive thru the lady has the receipts in her hand after telling who we r which we paid online. She is tearing parts of the receipt claiming it printed off weird. She asks us to pull up said it be just a min that they had it on cutting table. As we sat there mind you it’s after 8 we watch 5 vehicles pull up and leave with their orders sitting there 25 min or more. I pull up my order seeing what time it was ordered by now it has been an hr since we placed order at 8:37pm a guy comes out with our order and a Sierra Mist and the girl comes out says here this is for your wait talking about the Sierra Mist. I look at the guy and said for waiting an hr he said he was new night manager they just had someone walkout tonight and he was gunna give me a $20 credit on my account. We leave something told me check order one pizza was wrong pizza and it was cold, cheese bread was cold and mozzarella sticks were cold. So of course I get aggravated all over again. So I normally do survey deals on receipts so I was going to do this one and as I look for the survey code realize that is what was ripped off my receiptud83dude21

To management:nnYou need to give the person who made my pizza tonight a raise. Because if you don't, I will steal them out from under you at twice whatever you're paying.nnThis is the best pizza I've ever eaten from a chain restaurant. The crust was baked PERFECTLY. Every single inch of that pie was a perfect crispy golden brown. The toppings were distributed evenly and in perfect portion. If you rearranged each of the eight pieces I wouldn't notice because they were cut so evenly and cleanly. I haven't met this person, but I know he or she cares about the quality of his or her work. And as a former service industry worker myself, I know that person will never be recognized.nnBravo sir or madam. You made my evening. Thank you.
