Beautiful place. Went camping with friends in July and August. Both times the grass was high and needed to be mowed. I figured it was a one time deal but after it being like that both times I felt they needed to do better with their upkeep.
Nice place to chill and hike, when we visited the whether was pretty decent so it was like cherry on cake. The maps are little scarce around the hike so a decent chance you may hike farther than expected. If you have proper gear you will have fun for sure
What's you phone# , no one answers to the number listed on google maps or your website ?nFew questions :n1. Is there access code if we arrive late (10 pm)?n2. Does the campground has vending machine to buy fire wood/ Ice after hours ?n3. Are the picnic tables covered ?
Employees were so nice, restrooms were clean, campgrounds are old but has a very rustic feeling.
The guy at the check in was rude and argumentative this morning. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what was going on but we came to check in and he kept telling our friends they could not come in and could not check in because the party before had not checked out. After finally realizing they had checked out instead of apology he jumped us for going in early to see if it was open. Let’s hope he has a better day tomorrow so he can treat people with respect
