We didn’t even have the newly purchased vehicle that we have a warranty on and didn’t even have for a week, got towed because we had to put it on the side of the wheel locked up. We called to attempt to get them to help us seeing it was under warranty but as a result we are being told we have to pay everything out of pocket and since we can’t afford it we are now being told they have to repose it.

When you report problems with your newly purchased vehicle the staff ignore you. They then repo your vehicle so it can be sold to auction .
