After going in for oil change, tech found other items that needed done. Erin was very detailed and helpful in getting my taken care of. Even offered a car while mine was being serviced.
My husband and I had an awesome experience at Cannon Nissan! Mr. Bob C. is THE best salesman ever! He treats you with respect and works hard to get you the vehicle you want. This is our second vehicle with Cannon Nissan.nWe wouldn't go anywhere else! The Sales Manager Mr. James M. and his colleague Mrs. Brandy were so beneficial. I made an appointment to get an oil change and get a possible transmission issue looked at that I thought was under warranty. They told me nothing about a diagnostic fee or that it wasn’t covered under warranty under AFTER it was done. I had to pay $146 completely unexpectedly. I’ll never use cannon again.
Had the absolute best sales experience ever at Cannon Nissan!! Will be back for sure for all my next purchases!!! Their sales and finance were stars!
The service girl, Sam, was very polite and helpful. She explained the receipt explaining what all needed to be done to my vehicle and the prices of each thing. She didn’t get frustrated when I was asking a lot of questions. She just answered them to the best of her abilities. Which is always nice. Will be coming back for future services.
