Can't see what the negative reviews are about all you gotta do is plan your load time better. I looked at the chart showing peak times and went there after peak time (9pm) called the number on the sign got a door no sooner than I set my brakes (2min.) They started loading I called for door at 2108 was handed paperwork at 2138. Very good job just don't go in during peak hours of course company drivers gotta do what their told, glad my company lets me run my loads how I see fit
One star all the way almost as bad as a walmart DC at Christmas. Skip this place. They do not value your time as a trucker and. No amenities a port a potty i guess if that helps.
Came to pick up 4pm, checked in at 1 Jim walter dr, immediately was sent to another location at 3800 Abernathy dr, right away receive a dock, out around 5pm
In & out in less then 1 hour. Overnight parking. Thank you !
I’ve loaded here several times. They load on both warehouses across the street from each other. Go to the one on the left, call the # on the gate & might load half there &/or they give you paperwork to take to the warehouse on the right. Sometimes they have a lot of trucks to load, so wait time can be longer, but other times they load faster mostly at night. Over all great people with good customer service. Oh don’t forget to sweep your trailer It’s +40,000lbs paper rolls.
