Very small, but has great employees. One women offered to drive me to my hotel when no Ubers were showing up.
Clean, accessible airport. TAC Air employees are very helpful and professional. So are the American Airlines employees. Good car rental employees and cars.
Friendly people at American airlines ticket line. Small but good Airport
Confusing airport. Staff went through and took everything out of my bags. Everything, even though nothing had came up. Bag scans and such are understandable but checking EVERYTHING when nothing came up is a little weird. Also no staffs at the desks half the time and they don't give straight forward answers to questions.
Sure hope they enlarge the ticketing counter. The counter person got hit on her hand by other counter person. Very limited space. You don't need hangers you need a terminal?
