Walmart Pharmacy

Horrible customer service and horrible pharmacist. I’ve been going to the Walmart on 528 and 550 and have never had an issue with my medication being refilled. Ever since I brought a stimulant here they ALWAYS hold this from me. I have never had an issue with any other Walmart. They keep needing to verify that I am the one actually taking the medication as the dose is always changing as we are trying to figure out what works. They are also very rude when it comes to caring about customers, I explained to them what’s going on and they told me to go to another doctor and pharmacy. STAY AWAY

they held my boyfriends prescriptions that help his mood swings from his BPD, and even thought he had been without them for a week they are “verifying” the doctor that sent it. so not only are we dealing with his mental illness but also withdraws, when we’ve never had to do that with another walmart pharmacy. then after i finally called, they told us to go back to the doctor and get it filled to a different walmart.

My physician called in a prescription to the wrong pharmacy. When I received the correct information I called the Walmart Pharmacy at Coors & I40. A most pleasant gentleman answered my call and provided all of the information that I needed, including looking up my information and, the amount due with my insurance coverage. If i could give 0 starrs i would always horrible service. Employees are rude on the phone and in person ill be filling my prescription with walgreens or cvs ... Walmart pharmacy 0 STARS.
