He's a good business man has helped us out more than once
I've rented from many places and this was by far the worst. I told them my dishwasher was broke half way through my lease, it never got fixed. They cleaned the apartment so I was okay with half of my deposit being taken, but their reasoning for keeping my other half was they had to paint from furniture markings. I had one living room set and it never moved and rental properties are painted before renting out again anyways. They just came up with a reason to keep my whole deposit. Definitely not good for business. I will be sure to let everyone know to go anywhere BUT here to rent.
