We were assured that we were buying a depandable car for my 18 year old who had 10,000 cash from an inheritance. He even promised if she ever broke down, he would get out in the middle of the night to help. When she did break down she messaged him on facebook to ask where to take the car and he left her on read. The day we purchased he told her they had replaced the air flow sensor but the light was still on so it might be a bad part but they would fix it if so. It's not a bad part, it's a transmission or electrical issue. My daughter has been able to drive the car a total of 2 months out of the 7 months shes owned it. Warranty is a lie, they blame her for the issues and won't fix it. NEVER believe them or trust them with your money especially in a car for your child. I'll NEVER do business with them again. Jason is a liar and con.
I absolutely enjoyed the customer service, extremely friendly and helpful with my purchase. John and Jason were very professional , I hadn't received my title yet and my 30 day's was going to be up that Sunday, Jason personally brought me the title from Beebe to Little Rock to my job.. I really appreciated that considering most of the revenue offices closed at 4:00 pm. I would definitely recommend Car City in Beebe..
Jason May is the New GM here and that means this place will kill it! Great guy, great personality, amazing service, most of all.... he puts customers first and makes sure he meets their needs.
