The level of appreciation I have for the gentlemen here at Heartland can hardly be expressed. My friend and I had somewhat of a breakdown about a half a mile south from their location. I wandered in asking if they could help, and without hesitation had a crew to come gingerly tow my little car so they could take a look. Not only did they let me ask an insane amount of questions in my frazzled state, but even took documentation of what had happened. The last place that did my oil change did not screw my oil filter on tight, so it is laying somewhere on 165. Thanks to how quick they got my car up and running (ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND), my friend and I were able to get out on the lake with friends and family. A few days have passed and there have been no problems. Special thanks to Ron, Cedric, and Corey, my heroes, who made it possible.

My car was on its last leg, but for the past year I was unable to find anything that I liked. Because I usually drive my cars to 200K miles, I did not want to settle on something I wasn't inlove with. My friend had GMC Terrain and she let me drive it. I knew immediately it was the car for me. We looked high and low in the state of Arkansas for a certain model and AWD for weeks. We found one late on a Friday night on Heartland's website. We contacted them via their website and had a call from Alex first thing Saturday morning. My husband drove down there a couple of hours later and came home in my new car. We ended up trading in my old car which we normally don't do, but I was suprised that even that didn't take very long.nWe had our paperwork in a week and had it registered in less than 2 weeks after we purchased it.nI absolutely love my new car and I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Heartland. There were no hidden fees and there was no typical car nightmare dealership tactics that we all know too well.nThat alone will make us a lifetime customer of Heartland.nThank you.
