Apparently these folks have moved into the business of renting homes as well. Set up an appointment at 8:30am for her to show me a property. At 6:45am this morning got a text that she couldn’t meet me but I could do a self tour. Arrive at the property put the code in lockbox. Try several times. Nothing. Text back. Oh the homeowner sometimes changes it. Try this other code. Try for several minutes. Nothing. Text back. Wait. Okay well maybe one of my workers put a new box on there try this default code. Works but...NO KEY INSIDE. Text back asking if this is a scam and ask why they are wasting my time. Now they blame a construction worker for a lack of a key and tell me they aren’t wasting my time. Yes YOU DID! BEWARE. Also there was nothing on the windows and it looks like an old house they have done the BARE MINIMUM to update and get more than it’s worth in rent. BEWARE.
