The best dealership! The people really go above and beyond to make you happy and treat you like family. They have picked my vehicle up for an oil change and brought it back to me. So convenient! We have been a customer of the Red River family for years and have bought many vehicles with them. I wouldn’t trust a buying experience with anyone else!

Top notch dealership. We bought a car today, and it was so refreshing to work with a salesman that didn't want to rush me through to financing right away. These guys know how to sell a car without the high pressure tactics. I would 100% go back to this dealership!

My wife and I found a truck online this morning around 8 am that we were interested in. Alan Heidelberg messaged us back immediately. I gave him my trade in details and personal information. He called me back and said everything was done. The paperwork and new truck were brought to my home. The paperwork was signed, they took the old truck and I had the new one before 12:30, and we never had to leave our home. The ease of this deal was almost unbelievable. We are definitely 100% impressed with Red River Ford of Cabot and look forward to working with them again.

If you want to increase your chances of contracting the coronavirus just take a visit to Red River Ford in Cabot, Ar. None of the employees there wear protective masks and when I talked to the owner Mitch Ward he told me in so many words I need to mind my own business because he'll run his business the way he wants.! Then he started preaching to me and questioning my faith in God. I have never been treated so rudely by someone who should have the welfare of his employees and customers as number one priority. I will drive out of my way to find another Ford service center before I consider doing business there again. I am a very disgruntled customer. Disgraceful and disrespectful treatment towards customers is not a way to promote your business.nThis business will not get another chance to be disrespectful to me. I'm a 74 year old veteran and should be treated with more respect.
