Steve Hester & Son responded to our call for help the same day we called. We had duct work under the house causing so much moisture that the wood floor in a bedroom had totally buckled up 3 to 4 inches. After a complete review of the problem they gave us a quote less than half the amount of the company that installed and maintained the unit.nThe employees were very pleasant and enjoyable.nWe also changed our maintenance plan to this company.

The repair technicians were knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose the problems and repair them quickly. They answered all of my texts and calls quickly, and they were very patient with my many questions. I highly recommend this company to my friends and family and anyone looking for work to be done right the first time.

A.c. quit blowing cold and started freezing up called nick and got the office number got scheduled the technician came for service call never looked in the inside unit put gauges on and threw 5 pound of refrigerant in and left. 300 dollar bill. Next day a.c. still wasn't working called nick once again he said give a couple days if they had to come back out it would cost more money so I decided to go with someone else and the problem was txv valve took around 2 hrs for the problem to be diagnosed repaired and freon replaced. So i called nick and got a very rude voicemail that I'd be happy to share with any customer that reads this or used this company
