This is my second, and last purchase with this dealership. My first and what will be my last experience with the body shop was also very unacceptable. Every trip into the service side has been less than acceptable. I will be taking all my needs elsewhere, as well as saying nothing good about Goss Motors. As a whole, I give Goss Motors 1 star. But only because they sell GM vehicles

Super happy to sell you a car and an extended warranty 0 deductible. Service department charges anyway. Not helpful or sympathetic to car malfunction not willing to investigate or address solutions.

Goss has always gone above and beyond from purchase to repairs and everything in between. Their customer service is by far the best we have ever had.
