The sales process was very good. Smooth, honest and easy to work with. Just don't expect any after sale service. If you have a problem, don't expect email messages or phone messes to be returned.

We bought a new Artic Fox here after searching for over a year at dozens of dealers. There was no sales pressure. They delivered the unit on time and spent as much time as we wanted teaching us about all its features. We were treated like family.

Minor service help from Thunder RV in July 2019. Wayne in service is the best - VERY knowledgeable and friendly. Wish he was the service tech back at my dealership.nSent a contact thru their website but got no response otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
