I decided to pickup my pizza this time so it would be hot. Was told on phone 20 minutes. 45 minutes later I got my pizza. There wasn’t but two wearing mask and a three year old was running in and out of kitchen. I didn’t get I’m sorry or nothing. Will never be back there again.
Great pizza
So i never got a chance to review this but im going out of my way to do it weeks after.nHorable customer service i stood at the counter 18min before anyone asked for my order i was the only customer inside and there were 3 employees.nFor the same price you can support a local pizza place that want customers.nPizza Hut Walnut Ridge. Again one of those where you canot complain about the customer service as there is absolutely none.nIll go there again just for a name and shame.
Ordered on the app and had to wait almost an hour before my whole order was done. Went in the second time and was handed a receipt and the lady walked away. Won't be back.
Worstplace ive ever seen! Kept me on hold fir 45 minutes do i called back and then said it eould ve delivered in 35 minutes. An hour later i called back and was put on hold again. Pizza wasn't wortj waiting on. Looked like it had sat under the hot light alobg time. I willnot call here ever again
