They are so friendly and ready to help you with whatever you need. Great selection of high quality yarn and supplies. I love going here. You can sit and browse the magazine's and books for ideas or if u know what you want and don't have a pattern they will look online and print for you. NO CHARGE!

I went and asked the clerk over a year ago for someone to help finish a project my mom had done years ago. They gave me the name Lisa wbo luves in LaGrande and was highly recommended. She took the project and said it was finished when I called months ago. I have contacted her several times with her responding but no return of project. My mom has dementia and has asked many times about her project...i did reach out 2 weeks ago and still no response. I wouldn't recommend anything for referral here. It's sad when you wait in between and she says she will deliver and still nothing.
