Ace Mini Storage

Thi this place is the worst place ever to store your stuff. While here the least of our concerns was finding out that the place is so poorly secured and has mice infestations everywhere. When renting the place you are not informed of any mice you're only informed of high dust because of fields nearby. They do not pre clean the units for you before moving our stuff in we had to take a shop broom and each person that's three adults took that shop broom and swept out the unit for an hour apiece and it still had a layer of dust an inch thick. so we had to get tarps to lay down everywhere before even putting our stuff in here. And that was just the very least of all the problems that ever happened here. While here for 3 months five units were robbed, including mine. All my things (womens items) were stolen. no men items were stolen. And the owner of the property that lives nearby is very eccentric, rude and crazy. The husband comes out and checks on you every single time you come to your unit. Wants to know what you're doing while you're in it, why you have door open or closed or halfway open, why you coming in this car and not the car you came in before etc etc etc. But of course after your unit is stolen from he never cares to come and check on you at all. The wife has admitted to coming up to our unit and stealing a crowbar from us and taking it back to her property. not to mention after we are robbed they want us to move out. never have we been late on paying rent never have we missed paying rent. And then not to mention the place is even more poorly secured that our door continuously & progressively will not close. It Is now dangling from The Little Rod that makes it go up and down and it will not close. We are stuck here at 2:30 in the morning in the rain trying to get too close and it's freezing cold. This place sucks is the worst business with the worst customer service and the worst everything you could possibly imagine.nDO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY MONEY TO LOSE, GET RUINED OR HAVE STOLEN EVERYTHING YOU PUT IN HERE!!!nNot to mention the property management company that you have to deal with to rent the unit is rude people.

It is a very safe place to store your things
