McNary Beach Recreation Area

This is was a fun park. It was well kept and the view is pretty badass. The bathroom had a shower which is nice for after a swim, and the bathroom was not in dissaray and clean. This is good place to bring kids and I would have no reservations bringing the family for a day at the park.

We discovered this area on total accident. My son and I go out on adventures on a constant basis looking for fun in the sun. I love this area and also loathe the area. There is a lot of garbage that should really be picked up, and there's a lot of quotes seaweed but it is perfect for young children for the simple fact it's shallow for a long time. There is restrooms and picnic tables and a little play area it's a little bit of everything for everyone

Great family friendly place to visit. Plenty of shade, kids love the water and collecting rocks and shells, and very beautiful.

Nice beach area. Lots of shade trees and well taken care of. View of the hillsides and McNary Dam.
