I am very pleased with my purchase. It's my opinion that the staff of Smart Hyundai was professional and I didn't feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. It was a smooth process and it didn't take long for me to be in my new ride. Erica Terry and her team made this purchasing experience great!

My experience at smart Hyundai has always been easy going and professional. The staff treats you like family but at the same time making sure you understand every detail about your vehicle.nnIf there is a problem with your vehicle you did not I did not disgust with them they make sure they identify the problem and explain the best solution to you prior to you leaving.nnFive stars to these guys as well as their management :-)

Billy from Hyundai is the best sales person and very patient. I had walked into SMART HONDA to begin with and got the worst customer service from the sales person there. Walked out of there because not only the sales person there was using profanity, he was also being stereotypical with my race and I swore to never put my fit in there again and walked in to Hyundai. From the minute Billy took care of me, he was as super patient and worked me a great deal and made sure I walked out of there with a brand new car. Smart Hyundai definitely has my business from here on.

I just went for my limited free oil change. (Should be a lifetime free oil change if you want loyal repeating customers.) I love that they washed my car. That was a definite plus. They would have gotten five stars but some of the employees did not have masks on. Some did to be perfectly clear. But that needs to be fixed. It certainly kept me out of the building while the work was being done. On another note I drive a 2020 inoniq and the dash is a safety hazard. It's light grey and reflects on the window. I drive with black felt on my dash to be able to see. I've complained to Crain Hyundai of Conway and called corporate. Nothing has been done. A RECALL is needed on this dashboard of death. Also, it gets great MPG.
