It was terrible! Placed order @ 3:59 p.m. Half of the order was ready by 4:45 p.m. after I was guaranteed a 20 minute wait. My wings were supposed to be ready in 5 additional minutes which turned into 20 more minutes. Then when I finally got home they still gave me the wrong wings! I will not ever spend my money there again!

Does the franchise owner know how bad the staff make the entire brand look when the wait gets so long and the apathy of the staff so obvious? I'm not sure why they can't have touchless pickup. I ordered early and still had to wait an hour in a car line for a pizza thats done and dried out in their warmer. That just sucked. I just sat like all the cars and waited and when I got to the window nobody was there for several minutes. See the photo.

Lobby closed to to COVID-19. However, the food is always good.

Cashier friendly, but I waited over 25 minutes for my order. They forgot an item off my order and had to remake it. I was told it would be 4 minutes and to wait out front, and someone would bring it out. I waited 12 minutes, no one never brought it out, and the drive-thru line was long. I went in to get the order and was rudely told I couldn't be in there. How was I to know, the door was open?

It was terrible I did a online order. Got there in 27minutes from time of order..after a 15 minute wait after I pd, they asked me to pull around and they would bring it out...needless to say 40 minutes later they showed up. Plus no toppings on the pizzas. Will not be back...go at your own risk.
