Wendy's

Consistently the slowest Wendy’s in the country. Definitely not fast food by any definition.

Manager was rude and would not let me add Frosty’s to my order when I got to the window never in my life have I been told that in a drive-through not good staff. We went over to McDonald’s and had way better service

I don't like leaving negative reviews since I know usually it's just a bad day or maybe the good it not to my taste. I'd leave a three star review if I got food poisoning at a place, lol. But this wendy's was unpleasant to a degree I've never seen before. I used to work at a little ceasers where no one wore masks and the manager touched the pizzas and the customer service there was still better. The food it good but after getting our order, which was wrong, the employee who served us ignored us as we tried to get her attention. Then when she finally did acknowledge us she called over an employee who just told us "oh yeah I guess we got that wrong, if you go back around we can fix that" all the while the first employee rolled her eyes at us. I get it, it's the night shift, you wanna close early, but please take some responsibility, pretend to care. If you want a nighttime meal just put up with the line at McDonald's.

While traveling stopped by Wendy's the peach drinks was the tastiest thing we ordered. All 3 chicken sandwiches was dry and the fries were fine just not hot. The burger was okay.

I happened to stop by yesterday, 28 Jun 2020. Because of COVID-19 I wear a mask as mandated by NM law. I was the only walk-in customer so ordered my food and served quickly by busy masked wearing employees. I sat down to eat and a small group arrived, none wearing masks. Soon after another group arrived, again no masks. A mask wearing customer stepped in and right away left. Why is Wendy's of Las Vegas not making folks put on masks? I don't support businesses that don't enforce the mask rule. I won't eat there again. I encourage like minded citizens to boycott.
