My family rented a unit back in June. We used it for 2 month to store all are belongings.Found a new house so we started to move all are thing to are new house only to find a lot of are things ruined. Water had been dripping in are unit about in the middle of the unit. My belongings were covered in water, mold, and meldew. Not a safe place to use at all. I tired reaching out many times with no luck. Then after leaving a review I was finally heard enough to be spoke to very rudely. I was then treated like it was my fault I was rented a leaking unit. I was offered a credit when my storage unit is already paid in advance and I'm already moving everything out and working hard to try and save what I can. When you are a business you are suppose to answer your phone. I was told after calling multiple times with no answer that they didn't answer numbers they don't know.
