This is my favorite pizza place in town. The staff are friendly and hard working. Their dough is made by hand, and they also have some of the cheapest deals/coupons. Their pan pizza is my favorite. Also, they have some amazing cheese bread. The lava cakes are also really delicious if you are craving something sweet and chocolatey. I use the mobile app and order from it. It makes the ordering process a lot easier. I get mobile updates on the status of my pizza— when it’s out for delivery or when it’s ready for pickup. With the option to pay on the app too, you can walk in, give your name, get your pizza, and leave in a timely manner.

Still waiting on my delivery. Might be asleep when it gets here? Never should have paid for anything in advance! Called them they said they’re doing the best they can? They started prepping my order 1 1/2 hours ago!!! Yes you read that right. When I called them they said they’re working on it thanks and hung on me!

Absolutely trash customer service. I spoke to Emma after I picked up an order of two pizzas. When I got home, one pizza was missing a topping and when I called, she said that they could remake it only if I go back to the store. Living further away, it upsets me that they wouldn't remake it and bring it to me. The she hung up on me while I was talking to her. This is poor customer service.

Great service and covid aware procedures for handing off food and processing payment. They asked for me to set my card down on the counter and take a step back so as to keep up with social distancing. The food was prepared just as ordered.
