I have purchase many automobiles, being former military, and the experience I had purchasing my truck from Mark Martin Ford was the best I have ever had. Caleb was awesome and kept his word. It was not any stress and they helped me get the truck I wanted. Will definitely deal with them again in the future.

Caleb Spinks was fantastic - he went waaaaay above and beyond on this transaction.nnWe bought from out of state. We never went to the dealership, so everything was done remotely. Caleb’s communication and responsiveness helped make the transaction smooth and effortless.nnCaleb not only helped with tons of information about the vehicle prior to the sale (exchanging calls, texts and emails), but he also helped make all the arrangements to have the vehicle shipped directly to our home after we agreed to the purchase.nnAfter we received the vehicle, Caleb took another hour + out of his schedule to do a remote ‘virtual walk through’ of all of the features so that we’d know as much as possible. And he really knows his stuff!nnCaleb did all of this with a fantastic attitude and total professionalism. We had reached out to a different dealership before discovering Mark Martin Ford, and I can tell you that Caleb ran circles around the other guy...!nnWe would absolutely recommend Caleb and Mark Martin Ford to anyone!nnThank you!!

Great place!! Took my mom to have her oil changed in her car. We stopped to get food on the way there to eat in the car. When we pulled up to the dealership we realized that there were no forks to eat our salads. When mom went in to tell them we were there they not only got us in early but they found us some forks and napkins and had a great place for us to sit down and eat while we waited. There is also a super cool Mark Martin museum inside with several of cars and trophies and videos to watch! I am not even a NASCAR fan but it was very interesting!! They got done with the car quickly and the people were so nice. Best dealership maintenance experience I have ever had! Great job Mark Martin Ford!

Very nice , provided me with z paper on what my readings were. Explained some questions on things I had with my New explorer. Provided a nice roomy area to wait offered to get me a drink. Very nice to me! They were very tidy will use them for future service on my explorer! Thanks for assisting me.
