I had 2 recalls, a sound in my steering column and needed an oil change so I took my Kia Optima in and I made it there early! They took me right away to their really nice & comfortable waiting area.nThey were super courteous and accommodating! I waited and my car was done in no time, they replaced the recall, replaced the cuff in my steering column and changed my oil checked fluids and tires and went over it all with me. Then sent me on my way with a “drive safe” they really seem to care about their customers experience. Then, get this!! They called me the next day with a courtesy call to make sure I was happy with the results!! I absolutely am!! So refreshing to have a service department who pays attention to detail and does a phenomenal job! Thank you Mark Martin Kia team!! Especially Katrina, for scheduling my appointment to where I could get all the things done in one fail swoop! I appreciate it so much!

Nick was a gentleman at all times while assisting my husband and I while we searched for a new car. We didn’t feel any pressure and he was most helpful with all of our questions. Very polite and pleasant personality. His knowledge base was extensive and we felt very comfortable that our questions were answered with factual information and honestly. It was a most pleasant experience.

We enjoyed our experiences with Caleb and the staff at Mark Martin. We looked at it online, and Caleb was very helpful and ready to answer all question we had. When we left with the car we felt good about our purchase and would definitely return to do business with them again.

The salesman was courteous and efficient. We went through the process in little time and he went over the car's radio and other functions proficiently. The person who set up the loan was very informative about the warranty and what it covers. Had a very pleasing experience.
