After purchasing my 2008 Ram 1500 ( November 2019)and pulling the truck off dealership. Engine light immediately came on less than 5 miles after signing purchase contract. Dealership was excellent in changing the ERG value on engine. But after returning vehicle to Mountain View and filling it up with gas for first time I learned that would overflow every time. Took truck to mechanic and he discovered that my Ram 1500 had a gross evap leak which is causing tank to overflow when adding gas. Said dealership should have been aware of this but neglected to inform me when buying truck. The truck is a good vehicle and the salesperson was wonderful ( Ashley) but buyer beware . When purchasing a used car or truck from Stanley Wood , take it to an ASA certified mechanic before paying full price of vehicle.

Really bad service on the sells department, they are careless!! They just want to get their sells not telling you all the truth, they don’t care once they got their money for commission. Cameron Cox.nNow, Galen in maintenance is 5 STARS he does his job very well and cares for your service needs.

Absolutely a great experience. We all know that the dealers are more expensive so I ended up not getting my tire there, but when I called with concern over my front tire, Gaylan went out of his way to check all the moving parts to figure out what the issue was. Even had me take him around the block so he could see what I was experiencing. Came to a conclusion. And I took care of it. I will be calling to see what the charge for an alignment is now though. Still something a bit out of whack.
