The best panini I have ever had. I have a friend who comes to the coast once a year to visit, and this is a “must stop” for her. I am a fan of the vegetarian sandwich, but everything else I’ve ever tried there was fab also.

I've heard nothing but hype from all of my new acquaintances in tillamook, about the food truck at Rosenbergs. I missed arizona lately and took a chance on the big breakfast Burrito with my diet cheat day.nnWell the verdict is in and it says...nnThis burrito is guilty of being the best breakfast thing I've put inside me in years!!! Every aspect was amazing. The eggs were so light and fluffy that now when I think of my own attempt at cooking eggs I think I should go back to culinary school cuz apparently I didn't learn anything. The cheese was melted so exquisitely it reminded me of an M C Escher clock. The sausage crumbles were ladfe and just brazed lightly. Potatoes melting in my mouth like icebergs in a democratic propaganda film. And the tortilla! 35 years in Arizona, and this tortilla held this masterpiece together while hauling down the highway dying from oral ecstacy, without losing a drip from the bottom! That denotes a true master crafted cuisine item.nnSo.... I guess.. just.... EAT HERE! I know I will be from now on. And if everything works out I'll update it here.
