Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. So refreshing to visit a place that has left behind that hard sell approach from the past. Very laid back, friendly and NO PRESSURE. Sarah was top notch and I will use her for all my vehicle purchases going forward. I highly recommend Red River. It's worth the drive for a wonderful sales experience. Oh, and we love our new Dodge Ram!
HERE IS HOW YOU BUY A TRUCK NOW DAYS. OVER THE WEEKEND, I DROVE THROUGH THE LOTS HERE IN HOT SPRINGS. WITHOUT STOPPING. LOOKED ON THE NET, SAW A PRE APPROVAL FROM CAPITAL ONE. CRUISED INVENTORY AND PICKED OUT THIS TRUCK. ITS INCREDIBLE. HAS THE BIG 5.7 HEMI PLUS THE CREW CAB. THE STICKER PRICE, AND WHAT I PAID WHERE TWO DIFFERENT STORIES. EVERYONE. I SAVED 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS BY SHOPPING RIGHT, AND DRIVING 20 MILES. MONDAY MORNING I DROVE TO THE DEALERSHIP, A GREAT SALESPERSON NAMED SARAH GOT HER AN EASY SALE TO START HER WEEK. BASICALLY, I TEST DROVE THE TRUCK, GAVE THEM MY PRE QUALIFY PAPERWORK, AND WAS GONE WITHIN 1 HOUR.nI WAS GOING TO PICK UP THE TRUCK LATER, BUT, WAS VERY HAPPILY SURPRISED THAT THEY DELIVERED IT TO MY HOME THAT AFTERNOON. AWESOME EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO SEE SARAH AND GRAB UP ONE OF THESE INCREDIBLE RAM TRUCKS WHILE THEY STILL HAVE PLENTY TO CHOOSE FROM. CHOOSE THE TRADESMAN PACKAGE LIKE I DID. THEY HAVE A SPECIAL RUNNING RIGHT NOW, THAT BLOWS AWAY ANYTHING ELSE ON THE MARKET. THANK YOU SARAH FOR SELLING ME THE BEST TRUCK I HAVE EVER OWNED. I got a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Red River Dodge in Malvern and it was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had (and I have owned SEVERAL cars) We were to the point of giving up out of frustration when I found the Jeep online and decided to put in an inquiry. It was over the weekend but first thing Monday morning Sarah called me and we got the ball rolling. I DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO STEP A FOOT INTO THE DEALERSHIP they delivered my car to my door! Seriously y’all stop wasting your time and call these guys!!

Red River Dodge in Malvern, AR was an awesome experience! They truly made me feel comfortable and had me smiling and laughing ☺. I got the car of my all time dreams yesterday with them! 2020 Dodge Challenger! I'm so in love with it. It wasn't on there lot in Malvern and they told me if thats the one I wanted they would get it there today. And it happened all the same day! They are amazing people. Very fun and happy people. Truly best experience I had by far purchasing a car. I highly recommend them.
