I purchased a vehicle at this dealership about a month ago. It was a pretty major purchase for me and I was nervous, but Jim told me that he would never sell someone a car and then just leave them hanging if there were ever any issues. He has absolutely stayed true to that motto. Even though I live a few towns away the dealership has come to give it an oil change, tint the windows, and even replace a part that fell off due to a previous owners bad workmanship (which they had no obligation to do at all). This place acts truly in good faith and And operates like a family to those who do business with them. There’s not many dealerships out there that I trust but this is absolutely one that I can vouch for. Best car-buying experience, hands down, it has been a GREAT vehicle!

Beyond pleased with my purchase. Fletcher, my salesman, was pleasant and we'll inform with the questions I had. I visited/spoke with 6 dealerships in the area and chose Smart Ford for overall value. There was no high-pressure techniques, just uncommon honesty. Anyone who spends hard earned money should be treated with respect during the car buying process. Smart Ford does not disappoint.

Greg and his co-workers at Smart Ford did a fantastic job for us. Friendly service, very helpful, promptly responded to all correspondence, answered all questions, and worked very hard to give us the best buying experience possible. Would recommend them to everyone, will not forget their service, got exactly the vehicle I wanted for a great price. Five stars rating from us.

They guys at smart ford were all very professional and worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted. We went to look at a car for myself and left with a new car for me and my husband! Jim Mirphy and the other guys were awesome. I highly recommend checking them out for ALL your car needs.
