he signed a contract to sand, bond/fix all dents, use rubber paint in color of tan (tan pillow given for colormatch) the whole small truck, for $1500 total. then he did not bond or fix any dents, globbed a thin coat on, and the color was NOT tan, it was a light yellow cream. not even close to tan.and did NOT paint the entire truck . now hes trying to piece meal charg ing more for front fender, dented wheel base not fixed before painting, etc. and he is NOT bonded as he said
