Randy has to be ONE of the BEST car shop facility, I’ve had to deal with in my life.nRandy is SUPER professional, trust worthy, easy going, communicates VERY WELL and is not one whom just wants your money.nI was traveling from Texas to MI back home when I hit a coyote on I-30 in Hope Arkansas. It was 4am in the morning, road side assistance wasn’t any help.nAfter finally getting my car off the expressway and spending the night in Hope, I got my car to a repair facility not to far from Randy. They had my car for 3 days before telling me that “their shop wasn’t equipped for the work that needed to be done” After a week, I was finally directed to Randy’s shop as a second list of approved facilities through my insurance. While home in MI, my car was in Arkansas unable to be driven or picked up. I was so stressed trying to find someone to fix my car from 1000+ miles away and unable to drive back down, I had my insurance drop my car off to Randy after reading his reviews on Google and speaking with him over the phone. From the first conversation I had with Randy, I knew my car would be in good hands, I immediately felt relieved. Randy stayed in constant contact with me and my insurance company for my repairs and updates. At home in MI, I didn’t worry or stress out about my car because I knew what was being done, by who and how he was going to proceed! I finally was able to drive down from MI and pick up my car this weekend which he came in just for me to do that. My car drives better than it did when I first bought it. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work Randy and his team did for my car, what he couldn’t fix he had someone he trust fix. From the smallest detail including a front license plate holder that I don’t need but had on my car was replaced. I am so happy to finally have her back. My trip home to MI, was smooth and worry free as she drove like she was brand new. I will be moving to Texas in a few and if I ever need work done on a future vehicle I will drive it back to Arkansas for Randy to fix it. Randy, I just want to say again from the Bottom Of My Heart, Thank you so much for what you have done for me and my car. You have an AMAZING heart. You, your team and your facility deserve rewards for your work! I appreciate you so much!! If you need work done on your car, this is the facility to go to. If he can’t fix it, he will send you to someone he trusts to fix it.... Highly recommended :)

They’ve had my car since 9/28/20. I wasn’t tripping because I had a rental car. I’m guessing they told enterprise my car would be ready 10/7/20. Well here it is 10/9/20. No rental because I had to take it back Wednesday and I still don’t have my car. If they would’ve simply said they don’t know when my car would be ready my insurance would’ve extended my rental. Now I’m without a car bumming rides to work.

The previous review wasn’t from menThe team at Randy’s did an amazing job on my car (2012 Hyundai Sonata). They got my baby looking brand new and you can’t even tell I was side swiped.Im happy to say my car looks damn good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Randy is a great person and so are his employees, all of them.
