Jeremy did a great job on replacing four tires and doing a front end alignment on my truck. The price was great and they knew what they were doing. There is a good reason they are busy.

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not take your car to this establishment. We brought our car in because it was making a loud squeeling noise. To get our car “fixed,” it took three hours. And honestly, it only took that long because the mechanic Jeremy kept working on other clients, bargaining with other people, so forth and so on. He also had my friend run an errand for him while we waiting. After lost time and money, he sent us off with a car that STILL squeeled but this time we also had a new problem: a splashguard dragging on the ground.nnTLDR: don’t go here. And if you have a Volkswagon, go directly to Orr Volkswagon in Texarkana.

Worst experience ever! Got four tires in August. The tire on front drivers side is bald and showing wires. Never got paperwork so I don't know how much I owe. Two different accounts with one account showing I owe 1,700 for 4 tires. I'm so tired of being ripped off. Will never deal with them again. Need some answers soon. None of the lugs we're right either so I thank God for protecting me and my family while driving the last three months.
