Had no issues until in the process of buying a house I ended up closing early so even though I paid my storage bill a week early I was able to get moved out of two of them before the first, i went in to see if I could get my money back and was told they don't give refunds. Fact: I paid early and was moved out before the rent was due......this customer is not happy....
Always had excellent service
Great service, easy to work with. Been doing business with them for nearly 2 years now and have never had any problems. Love the security gate's and the fact that I can go there anytime I need to. And prices are decent also. They have multiple size unit's and they're easily accessible. Overall, great place.
The staff that works there are very nice and friendly.
Reasonable prices and nice with very good understanding.
