Usually they are really good, but there is one worker there that will rush you on ordering and half the time she gets it wrong. We had ordered for the whole family and they left off two major parts of the order. Then when we called to tell them what had happened. They said we never even ordered it and rushed us to order what we needed. I understand that restaurants get busy. But you should never rush customers on ordering nor should you hang up as soon as the customer says give me on second.
The person who picks up the phone is the rudest person ever. Called to tell them we will be picking up the order instead of it for delivery and she keep saying we already made the order. And we ask her to cancel the order and she hung up. Very rude!
Fresh mandarin food is great! Always fresh.
Love the food, always delicious. Great friendly service.
I highly recommend this place!! I'm not a big fan of Chinese restaurants in Jonesboro but I'm happy to have found this one here in Paragould.
