Alex is top notch! Our truck broke down in the Cape Lookout Campground and on a Sunday morning he personally bought us one of his U-haul truck rentals as we were stranded while he performed diagnostics on our truck. Less than 24 hours later and he was able to get our truck going again! He gave us his honest, professional opinion that it was probably time for a new truck at the condition and mileage of our truck and we agree based on prior repairs and issues recently made at a dealership. I can't thank him enough for his help and highly recommended him.
My pickup carrying a truck camper died in Manzanita on a Friday night. Had to tow it to the only person who would look at it, Alex. He was able to diagnose the issue but had trouble locating the parts due to covid. He went on a blog and found the missing parts. One in Alabama, one in Seattle and a few others from around the country. He got it fixed and running like new. I highly recommend Alex as he was friendly, professional and did good work.nThanks Alex!
Alex was nice enough to start working on my truck immediately upon a broken ball joint & arm assembly. The late night service was critical for me at the time and I appreciate the priority they made to get me back on the road.
