Their tire repair is quick and done properly. They remove the tire fully from the wheel, and patch is from the inside. Highly recommended.nnFOUR YEAR UPDATE:nnThis is still an incredibly well-run Les Schwab. The employees are actually masking with actual masks, and though I only came in for a rotation, I watched them take off my tires, check them on the balance machine, and fully check my brakes, without even being asked.

Courteous, knowledgeable staff. However, I made an appointment to get my alignment done, as well as a few more things. 30 minutes before my appointment I was called and told that they already had an appointment for an alignment that would take all day, so I had to reschedule for Monday morning. I cancelled family plans and sacrificed an entire Saturday because their computer scheduling system is faulty.nSo I showed for my alignment and inspection on Monday. They couldn't do a proper alignment because I have a faulty upper control arm, but they charged me $90 anyway. I then had to tell them I also requested a brake and tire inspection via scheduling, which they didn't do, so I had to go sit back down and stay for an additional hour while I waited for them to inspect the tires and brakes.nGood people, knowledgeable staff, but they need some infrastructure work with their scheduling, and charging customers for tasks they can't complete or do.

Tillamook Les Schwab was clean, decent work but slow and didn't do what they said. We went in for a tire rotation and they found all 4 tires were separated. Thankfully they saw that and we didn't blow a tire pulling our fifth wheel as we were traveling. They didn't have the tires we wanted and said they could be there the next day by noon. We had already been there that day a good 1.5 hours, but we really didn't have a choice not to come back and change those tires. Next day we show up at 11:30 and they had not even left to go get tires that were promised. So that messed up our whole day, we left and gave them almost 4 more hours to retrieve tires. Went back and they had tires and sat for another almost 2 hours. Good work but need to work on speed and keeping promise. Thank you.

Whew !! Brandon at Tillamook's Les Schwab saved me. It was a long day of fishing and catching salmon. When I returned port, I found my boat trailer had a flat. No problem..change it to the spare (but it didnt fit! ). I drove to Les Schwab and arrived just after closing. Despite being closed, Brandon fixed the flat. I really wanted to tip him but he refused with a very polite smile.nThank you for getting me home to my family! The salmon is still fresh.nBest regards, Marlon

I took my rv in today to get a wheel bearing replaced that Ford had said was bad and needed replacing. Les Schwab had my rv being looked at within minutes of arriving and told me that the bearings were in working order and nothing needed to be replaced. I loved their honesty and how efficient they were with my time. This was my first experience at this establishment but I will be back next time I need something replaced because of their fine service and help.
