Reviews
I live in north central Washington and have been looking a long time for the unicorn living quarter horse trailer of my dreams (yes, girls love their horses and their rigs). After casting a wide net from here to Alabama, I felt lucky to find one in Oregon. Still, it would be an 8 hour drive, to look at it.nBefore I began the journey, Tony answered all my questions, was patient with my concerns as the trailer still had a lien on it. As a lawyer, I was cautious about getting involved in a purchase of this kind, but Tony explained the paperwork that would be signed and the process he does as a licensed dealer. He wasn't going to 'cut corners' to make a deal just for it to run into problems later, and I appreciated that transparency.nOnce I had arrived to see the trailer, Tony had already had the systems running and checked, latches, awning, water pump and hot water heater, refrigerator, etc..... Without his inspection and helpful knowledge on RVs, the review would have been drawn out unnecessarily and lengthened my already long day of travel. In addition, he also set me up to see a mechanic to quickly inspect the tires/wheels to make sure everything was road ready for the long return home.nIn sum, I can say with 100% certainty that this sale would not have happened but for Tony's professionalism and honesty. The seller was wise to ask for his help in selling her rig. He is a class act and sincerely interested in doing the right thing by people.
I bought a 04 duramax from here 2 months ago. Before I bought it, the owner was kind enough to let me take it to my mechanic to get looked at. My mechanic gave me a list of things wrong with it. In that list my mechanic wrote that the truck has possible bad injectors, because it was smoking a lot. I was very worried about it because it is a expensive fix. So I went back to the dealership and handed him the list. He promise to fix everything on that list so that I would buy it. I went back about 2 weeks later to finalize the purchase. Before signing anything he handed me the invoice of the work that his mechanic did. They fixed everything abut the bad injectors. They also did a oil change on it which was weird to me because when I took it to my mechanic the oil was brand new. When I looked at the invoice there was nothing saying that they did a duty cycle test to see if the injectors are bad.( which the dealership owner told me they had done.) The dealership owner told me if the injectors go out in a month he would replace them for me. Truck was still smoking when I purchased it. Sure enough a month and a little bit later the truck started getting diesel in the oil. Injectors were pulled and are in really bad shape. I reached out to him and he told me he would talk to his partner to see what they could do. After a week of me calling and getting sent to voice mail he finally responded with a voice mail, saying he can’t do anything to help me even though he promise he would. Sadly I didn’t get this promise on paper because I trusted his word. It is weird to me that they did 2 oil changes in a matter of a few weeks. To me it sounds like they knew the injectors were bad before they sold it to me. They probably did a second oil change to hide the diesel leakage in the oil, and so it would take longer for the diesel to overflow the oil through the crankcase vent, and for me to take notice. This insured that it would take longer than a month for me to notice it, passing the month marker that we agreed he would fix it in. Moral of the story, be cautious when buying vehicles.
The owner went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted at a price and payment that fit our budget.
Was there at 10 am there was no one there. Called multiple times never got a call back or a text or anything. Literally just wanted to look at a truck.
Tony is honest, very responsive, and went above and beyond to help get me the truck I was looking for. I definitely wouldn’t think twice about buying from him & Lot 101 again!
