Zoe makes amazing drinks! Me and my wife have been in town for the past week with family and she almost is always working. She’s very respectful, and gave us good directions. We always make sure to tip extra because she makes it such a good experience every time.There’s also a young man who works there as well who is very nice. Me and the wife are happy with the service.
Raul waited on me August 3rd and Aug 6th. Both times I have been in line waiting and with me personally, he was extremely rude. I asked him for a coffee extra hot. I took a drink as soon as he put it down and it was barely warm. Tap water, barely warm. Instead of admitting it, he fought with me. Today, a gentleman wanted to purchase whole Starbuck beans for grinding. He said they were on the rack behind him. The gentleman told him the there was nothing left on that shelf. Raul barked at him and said that he would have to go to the coffee isle and get it there. There was another employee there, just watching and waking around. She didn't offer to help make any drinks are wait on customers until he was almost done. I will not go, nor recommend, this particular Starbucks. It's worth a drive to the Starbucks in Fred Meyer.

Bad service, it took 45 min to get cup of coffee, and there were only 3 people are waiting. The baristas were too slow :(
