After calling the Store to see if they could and would do an Auto Diagnostic Test, and explaining the situation over the phone, I drove to the Store. I explained the problem again to the Associate, which was the same Person that I had spoken with on the phone. Apparently it took a face to face or rather Mask to Mask visit to determine that the 'Engine Light' Diagnostic test would not work for My Issue. That Diagnostic Test apparently doesn't give information about the electrical system of the Vehicle, only Mechanical.nThat Disappointment set aside, Advance Still Does the Engine Light Diagnostic Test. The Associates were Friendly and the One did help Me find Fuses for my vehicle.nThe counter has plexiglass shields to meet the CDC's Recommendations.nYou can find discounts online for the Advance Auto Parts website and order online for Pickup.nNice!

They had exactly what I needed and easy to find places. Prices were a little high on somethings, but that's a price you pay for convenience. The staff was very nice and helpful. Over all pretty happy with the experience.

Associates clearly need more training on the POS and inventory systems. There were two customer facing associates and 4 customers, including myself. All I needed was some electrical connectors. I needed no assistance, I just needed to check out. I was in the store for 35 minutes. The associates were nice.

Two guys working just chatting someone up while I waited for help for 20 mins. Horrible service and even worse employees. Won't be returning.
