I got to the Shop right after They had closed. The closed sign was up but the store door was open for what I am assuming was for ventilation while cleaning. I did not go in as to respect the closed sign.nI was parked sort of in the middle of the Parking Lot. Since He was closed, I had started calling around to large auto parts stores to see if they could Run the Auto Diagnostic Tests that I was looking for. Towards the end of the call, the Owner of the Shop came out, waited for Me to finish My call and checked to see He could Help Me. Not Immediately, he was on His way out, but He took Time to check with Me to see what was going on with the Car. We conversed for a few minutes and He let Me know the Shop's hours, an approximate price range depending on the issue (Not an estimate, since He hadn't actually looked at the vehicle) and a couple of ideas of what the Problem might actually be.nI appreciated that He did Take a Moment to check in on Me and chat. I call that Good Customer Service.
The guys at Hokes have 40+ years of experience and fix anything from vehicles, tractors,trailers, and side by sides.
They had my starter for my tractor rebuilt and ready as promised! I am very pleased! Saved me hundreds of dollars because I didn't have to buy a new starter.
Take forever to do a job and then charge way too much. I’ll never go to them again!
They have the best service and they are very friendly
