I took my car to Baldwin’s to get a thermostat replaced. It was a 2003 Buick Regal GSX with a turbo engine. My car had all of the original parts, etc. I babied that car from the day I drove it off the lot brand new in 2003. Baldwin’s had my car for several months and when I finally went to pick it up I was told one of their employees took my car out for a joy ride and blew the engine. My heart ached. Baldwin’s replaced my original engine with one they got from CA. There is a leak still. No one else wants to try to fix what Baldwin’s messed up and I refuse to take it back to Baldwin’s.

Called with wheel bearing problem worked me in the next day. And on top of that after complete the side that was bad I discovered other side need replacing as well . Mechanic replaced other side same day. That's good customer service
