Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Car mart Paragould should have a slogan “company with a heart!!” Their manager Anthony will go above any beyond when most companies just say well sorry we can’t help no matter the issue. This is a company where the whole staff treat their customers like family. If you want to experience what it use to be like to deal with down home honest people car mart Paragould is where you want to go!!! I did business with another car mart years ago and was t going back to them but with the staff Paragould has so glad we did and will not go anywhere else. Again car mart Paragould rock with a 10++ on cars, deals, customer service,

Everyone at Car-Mart of Paragould we’re very professional and nice. The salesman Brian was prompt at coming to help pick the best car we we’re looking for. Made us feel welcome and comfortable as well as prompt service and approval for the car. Brian and Anthony were great at explaining everything to us and promoted the sale. We are very satisfied with our whole experience and the car. Thank you Car-Mart.

The service and respect we were given throughout the process of buying my daughter her first car was beyond top notch! They made sure to convey the responsibility of a new car to her, which was amazing to me, and they made sure to help us get her in a safe and reliable car! They definitely exceeded my expectations by far!!

This is all I can give at this moment. My husband hydroplaned a month or so back and we were put in a spot to get another car as quickly as possible. While the staff are nice and polite, we've run into an issue with the car we chose, having issues the second day of having said car my husband had to take it to them to let them know we had stallingand sputtering issues. We we're told they can't do anything till the check engine light came on and didn't tell us we only had three days to exchange the car. Here it is a month later and the car has been taken back and forth to their mechanic several times. My husband has had to take off work as this is our only mode of transportation to which he uses to get back and forth from work, and for us to do our errands in. Now their mechanic is telling us he can fix it but it'll take a few days and he doesn't trust it. Car Mart is telling them to just fix it and give it back to us. We bought this car in good faith that it was a good car. They don't do loaner cars and they won't let us choose a different car. I don't know what to do, but this isn't right.

I've just traded my car from them in for a SUV and both experiences have been great! They are great at communicating and will work with you within reason!!
