I lost everything I owned by storing my stuff there! I was in the process of looking for a home and I made the decision to store my stuff here and it was the biggest mistake of my life! I lost everything due to water damage! When I confronted the owner, he laughed in my face! Beware of this place and it’s owner!
It was a rough ride at first, but the staff was very helpful with my situation. They were processional, patient (Lord knows they were patient...,)curtious & FIRM. THEY NEED TO BE FIRM AT TIMES...I WAS VERY SATISFIED AND THANKFUL.
So I giving them a one star because first I asked to changed my payment date to my payday never did
Since they put the new system in and moved and they wouldn’t give me the security code and said I would be locked out until I made payment because I was past due I asked her again if they could change my pay my payment date to the payment that I requested she said sure so she did but she said I would still be locked out I said well I’m not even a month past due or 15 or even 10 days past due . she goes once your five days past year that they lock you out. 5 days what ??? I highly don’t recommend poor customer service I hate When things change and they don’t give you a heads up or a notice that things have changed
Only storage place in Las Vegas, NM that has storage spaces plus the staff was great!!
I've stored my stuff here for 4 years. No problems, well maintained, easy access.
