The most beautiful day and weather for our first visit to Garvan Gardens. So peaceful and wonderful walk. We were greeted by George the Peacock at the entrance. Such a beautiful place, I can only imagine what it is like in Spring! There were still some beautiful flowers to enjoy. The waterfalls are most enjoyable! The chapel was lovely, we just sat and enjoyed the quietness!

So incredibly beautiful! We are Texans and enjoyed the first weekend of October cooler temps. I would go back in a heartbeat. We took pictures but they did not do it justice. the bathrooms were all very clean. We walked at a decent, nice pace and it took about 2 hours. I would have enjoyed sitting in some spots longer.

Just beautiful. So many photo opportunities. Tranquil and fun to explore. Loved the treehouse and Anthony’s chapel. Great place to “social distance”.nThis was at the top of our list as far as nature activities during our stay in Hot Springs. We're not avid hikers and enjoy places that are a little more organized and mapped out. This place is absolutely perfect for anyone wanting a simple nature walk (it is still a bit of a trek, so wear comfortable shoes) and would even accommodate a wheelchair. We saw golf carts giving people tours as well which would be nice for someone who isn't able to walk so far. You get a map at the beginning of your walk that tells you where everything is and makes it easy to identify where you're at. Ample restrooms and even a cafe if you're hungry. There were certain points of the path we didn't even realize we were in an organized garden. You can dip off to be next to the lake or little waterfalls. Great for all ages! I'm 30 and saw people older and younger than me, including children. There is a children's garden, but it doesn't have playground equipment or anything you might assume. Definitely bring a stroller if you have young ones that may not want to walk the entire time. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we're very glad we paid a visit.

The best botanical garden I've ever been too. It is MASSIVE! You could easily spend all day here exploring. Our favorite two things were feeding the coi, and the fairy village with the mini homes built in a small town.nnThe staff are also excellent, we would be approached by the golf cart staff and be asked if we had any questions, we really appreciated that as there is so much to knownnPlace is immaculate, you won't find a single peice for trash in the park.nn5 star all the way!

Gorgeous gardens spread out over many many acres. We saw so many gorgeous flowers perfectly nestled and arranged even in the Fall! I can only imagine it in the Spring! The architecture of the buildings is something quite magnificent! The chapel was closed for a wedding on a Saturday, but we got to see the outside, which was beautiful. We spent about an hour there due to some time constraints, but you could easily spend 2-3 hours there strolling along the trails.
