They need better security cameras
I've had storage here for a few years now. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. They have a new security gate with your personal pin number to enter which is very nice. They are always making updates and improvements, so the place is always well maintained. If your rent is going to be late, call and let them know and they will often work something out with you to avoid the late fee. But it's best to call BEFORE the due date because it's computerized billing software. I highly recommend.
The lady who was working there wouldn't honor the contract I had with the uhaul dealer I rented a trailer from. I has a $60 cash deposit that the dealer said would be refunded when I returned the trailer in good shape and I guess the place doesn't even make enough money to have $60 to give me. I have to wait a week to get a check mailed from uhaul corporate. It's no wonder they don't have any cash. The place looks like there's been no upkeep in 40 years. I wouldn't ever store anything there because the whole place looks like it's about to rust away. If you can't afford to do upkeep on your property you have no business owning a business.
This place is horrible the staff are rude. Had a break in experience and still no one has yet to do anything. Waited hours to let us know about the break in. They never fixed the storage door! Then when i asked them to fix it the rude old man in the red truck stated that why did I care since i was getting my stuff out anyway!! HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO!!
