Customer service is outstanding. There is a sense of security because of the gated entrance and exit.
My peep's for a very long time. Good business with for many years. Have two big storages and never had a problem with theft. Peace of mind. Good stuff.
All locations are clean, neat, and ready to go for any storage needs. Prices are competitive, security is great. I have never had a negative issue with my storage unit, its accessibility, or security. Highly recommend!
I wouldn't even give them 1 star but it was the only way to write this review!!I went in needing a unit for only a few days to a week and told the ladies this. They still charged me $90 for a unit that i used for about a week! So i removed all of my items from the unit and swept it out and called to let them know. I asked what else i needed to do to get my $15 deposit back. The lady said they would check it that Friday, mind u I called on a Tuesday! She informed me that on the following Monday a check would be cut and sent to me! At this point I'm upset but I continue to be patient. A week goes by and nothing! I call again. The lady informs me that the big $15 check was sent on the 14th. Ok so I give it a few more days. Call again, now they dont know when it was sent but that it was sent out. Here it is almost a month later and they claim they havent received any returned mail for me, and have no idea what to tell me!! It may just be $15 but after being in a bind and ONLY using their unit for a week and being charged FULL price, they cant even return my measly $15 deposit refund!!! Smh shame on you all for over charging for one, n for two not having any empathy for your customers!! My recommendation to you all: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
They are reasonable on their prices. They have many locations.
